The relative clause goes immediately after the noun it relates to and it is introduced by a relative pronoun (pronome relativo).

Yes,you're right: in your book there aren't ALL THE relatives pronouns I wrote, but since they are very easy I decided to write and explain the use of all of them. =)
EliminaInstead of AFTER in this case you should write LATER:
- LATER > At a time in the future or after the time you have mentioned
EX. He'll be back later
- AFTER > Later than someone or something else
EX. I can't go next week - how about the week after (= the following week)?
And in the sentence "[...] that you do for US (it's an object, not a subject)....
And don't worry... you're improving your writing skills!

I have started to do gym,I do weightlifting,and I do it three Times a week.
Here in Italy a lot of people play football...al solito basketball is very played;a lot of wo mando play volleyball and swimming.
In my school we play basketball ,volleyball ,range track,long jump and 1000 meters,sometimes we play dodgeball and others game with the balls.As I have already tilde,I do gym,it's situated neanche my house in factoring it's convenient,I use different gear and I pratica for 2 house when I go in gym.
